First off, we’ve only used this hoverkart for a few days, so I can’t comment on the durability of straps which seems to be a big issue among the commenters. It is fabric with velcro so I imagine it won’t last long, though it does come with 3 additional replacement sets.
HOWEVER, my issue is with the adjustable leg bar. If the kids push hard enough the bar has literally come off. There are no notched holes to keep the bar in place, only the little levers which are really not strong enough to keep it in place and get loose over time. This could be really dangerous if there is a crash (which when you are first learning to use it, is likely to happen) and this bar comes out. Really big deficiency in my opinion which could have been easily avoided if there were little notched holes or even screws. Sure, it’s easy to adjust but at the expense of safety.

It came fast, was easy to install and fits my son’s Gravity G5 hoverboard. He had a little incident when trying it for the first time though, just be careful: he tried full speed the first time on and the hoverboard started to have a loud constant beeping as a warning that it was going to fast, and then it was impossible to stop. I had read that on other reviews… My son actually ended up jumping out of the seat, he didn’t injured (he’s a tall 11 yo) but got pretty scared! He was very disapointed but started again the day after and went slowly, he got familiar with the speed and limits and now it goes perfectly well. It’s been 2 weeks now and rides it everyday! He loves the buggy and enjoys his hoverboard much more now. The whole neighbourhood stops him to ask questions about it 🙂

It’s an awesome buggy and so much fun, but the front wheel gets stuck and then dosnt spin 360degrees.. obviously you can knock it back so it spins but then you weaken the material and it will eventually break.. I’m not sure what the weight restrictions are but no more than 100kilos is on the actual seat itself and the seat is built for an adult.. love the buggy just not the front wheel situation

My husband said it was super easy to assemble and is very sturdy. My 11 year old can easily unlatch the front bar with front wheel attached to take it apart to carry back home when we go out of range for the hover board, and he is able to slide it back in and latch it securely. The handles work great at directing/engaging the hover board, and are very responsive, and the frame is very sturdy. They struggle with getting it to stay still though when they get off of it and have to shut the hover board off. Both my son and husband have used it without a problem (my husband is 6ft tall, but slender). Both say the seat is pretty hard and when you go over bumps in the road/sidewalk you feel it good, but that doesn’t stop them from having fun on this! There is a small pole slot in the back behind the seat to put in a flag (comes with it) for visability as you are low to the ground. They get lots of compliments and questions about it when they are out and about. So far the only CON are the excess Velcro straps that hang down dragging on the ground where it is strapped to the hover board. It has caused fabric wear on it so we need to find a way to tack the loose straps up so they don’t drag. They did think to add a plastic skid plate over the strap directly under the hover board 👍

My son absolutely loves the Cisco cart attachment. However, he was writing fast outside and a main piece to make it go snapped off. I’m having trouble finding a replacement piece. Can someone help me please?

Good for the price however the foot attachment piece keeps coming undone for the two I have purchased. The tightening brackets are not good. I’m going to swap them out for a screw and nut on both sides to keep them together. My 7 and 11 year old both love them otherwise. I will update if anything else becomes a problem but was pretty easy to put together.

My kids recently got the Hover-1 Buggy Attachment for their hoverboard and they absolutely love it! It’s a great way for them to enjoy the hoverboard without having to worry about falling off or getting hurt. The attachment is easy to install and fits securely onto the hoverboard. The design is sturdy and the materials are of great quality. The kids can now ride around the neighborhood safely and with confidence. They also love the fact that they can now take their hoverboard with them on trips and adventures. Overall, we are very happy with this product and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe and fun way for their kids to enjoy their hoverboard if they aren’t confident enough to use it standing.

We’ve purchased 3 kart attachments; the first 2 another type with a single flat piece of metal for the stem. The issue with those was that if the caster turned sideways as you hit a bump in the sidewalk, it bends the stem until it becomes unusable. The two cylinder design (and probably the thickness/type of metal used) makes this a much more durable and practical option, which you won’t have to replace every couple of months. It’s heavier than the other kind so more of a pain to haul, and has to be placed perfectly on the hover board, which is not an easy task. (It may be that our hoverboard is just a tad thicker than others but I have nothing to compare.) The stem adjustment on this one is unfortunately inferior with clamp screws instead of pinhole locks at various lengths. Even at it’s tightest, pressure from the rider on the foot rests will nudge it out, so it requires regular adjustment. I’d still recommend it over other brands, but hope some adjustments will be made to the design for future consumers.
