These are very nice tools, but if you’re built like a twig like me only 2 of these will really benefit you. The loopy thing you stick your fingers in was made for the hulk himself- I feel like I’m going to dislocate something if I try too hard. The rest are alright, but definitely not a beginner friendly pack. If you’re just starting to work on this, just purchase the grippers individually

The materials feel cheap and the tension doesn’t feel as high as it’s listed. It will work for the intended purpose and for the price you can’t really argue.
Update* Customer service reached out which means a lot to me. To clarify, I would definitely buy this item again. The only way for something to be this affordable is that it has to be made with cheaper materials so that should be expected. The tension wasn’t as strong as I expected it to be based on one in a store I tried but it still is plenty.

I am at a desk for parts of my workday and I bought this to help with grip training for boxing. Each of these pieces are helpful and effective. My one complaint would be that the rubber coating on the handle of one of the pieces of gear rubs off extremely easily and gets all over your hands; its not the end of the world, and the product still works fine, it’s just an annoyance that appears. Besides that, I really am enjoying these items, after only using them on and off for a couple weeks my arms are a bit more defined, and my grip has improved.

As a senior I’m sometimes challenged with opening jars or grabbing onto something. I know that part of the reason is because I don’t use my hands as often as I had when I was younger and more active. To help offset my lack of activity and to improve the strength in my hand muscles I purchased the handgrip strengthener package. It came with a variety of strengthener exercise solutions. I preferred using the hand vice and ball grip for now as both seemed the most comfortable and effective to use. The only issue that I had with the hand vice was that plastic shavings came off as I was using it. I would wipe them away hoping that the friction points would eventually wear away.
