❸ In the “Add your personalization” field include the following;

-Name/Initials, date & role (if included in design selection) that you would like on the glass as follows (Example: John – Groom – 10.20.21; Kelso – Groomsman – 11.19.22; Jason – Best Man 11.06.18, Frank – Father of the Groom – 12.21.19, etc)

For orders of more than one item, please separate information for each one with a comma.

ATTENTION – Please double check all orders for correct information. Information not included in the personalization field will be omitted. For orders with monogrammed initial, if we do not receive a specific initial for each name (F-Jason, P-Paul, etc) we will use the first initial of the name provided.
