I have purchased this for me to use at work because I am constantly cold while sitting on my desk. I am so glad I did because the heat eventually relieve my muscle and shoulder tension while working. I can adjust the heat and how long I wanted them on. Love it so far… it’s not heavy at all, sometimes I put it on my lap too as heated blanket😁.

I purchased this heating pad because it was weighted, and my old heating pad was ready for retirement after just 10 months. I didn’t expect too much, after all it just a heating pad. I was totally surprised after trying it for the first time.
As I said before, I love the fact its weighted, it forms and lays flat, making good contact against your body, unlike other regular heating pads. Also, I have bad pain in my neck and the capability to wear it over my shoulders against my neck allows it to lay perfectly to give pain relieving heat exactly where I want it. The heat level is great, it has plenty of heat but does not burn like the plastic ones do. The timer starts at 30 minutes and goes up to 120 minutes in 30-minute increments and shuts off after allotted time. My Mother-in-law gets bad pain in her shoulder and was really hurting just a couple days after I purchased this, so I set it up for her and she absolutely loved it. She says it forms perfectly to her shoulder and gave her relief from her pain, so I lost that one to her and purchased a second one for me. I can’t say enough good about this heating pad, it is by far the nicest one that I ever purchased, and I have purchased many over the years. I highly recommend!

Works well for neck and shoulder region, which is hard to get with typical heating pad. It is nice that you can easily use it while sitting. I like the timer feature. I wish there were an additional higher heat setting, because I prefer it very hot. But the highest heat setting is acceptable and can be improved by wearing a sweater or light jacket over top of the pad to hold in the heat. Also, as I was using this during winter, I may have had too many underlayers on that reduced the heat penetration.

I use this heating pad daily (and nightly) due to a chronic pain condition, and it is fantastic. I’ve tried a few different brands over the last year and a half, and many of them “burn out”/stop working way too quickly, but NOT this one! 🙂 It is clearly intended to go on your shoulders, but I usually use it for my lower back and it works just as well as the rectangular shaped ones. When you need it for your shoulders/neck, though, it is AWESOME at enveloping you in warmth without sliding off your shoulders. It is really nice for using when you are on the computer. Not only does it help ease neck/shoulder muscles while I am are working on the computer, but I feel pretty fancy lol. I encourage you to speak like royalty while you wear this heating pad like a collar/shawl.
Tip: even if you don’t want to adopt a fancy accent while wearing it, you WILL want to make sure the gray side is the side touching your skin. That is the side that gives the most warmth.

I had a lot of pain from my shoulder to my neck. Put the heating pad on and it has eased the pain. When I read that it was weighted I thought it would be too heavy but it isn’t, it is just right. You can adjust the heat from 1-6. After awhile you can turn it down as it gets quite warm on 6. The heating pad is very soft. It has a nice long cord. If you suffer with arthritis pain like I do this pad will definitely help you. It snaps closed around your shoulders and neck so that helps a lot like some others that just lay there. I like that it fits your neck and long enough to cover your shoulders at the same time. This was a well worth purchase. I had ordered another heating pad that went down my back and it was way too heavy and did not stay in place. My husband has also used this and had good results. You won’t be disappointed in this purchase.

I am extremely happy that I decided to order this because it has helped me tremendously! Any time that the pain kicks in, I just grab this, strap it on and relax. I used Sunbeam heating pad in the past and it lost it’s shape. I purchased this heating pad because of the amazing reviews and it works better than I expected. I like it because it’s reversible and I can use either side depending on where the electrical outlet is placed. It fits around my neck perfectly and love that I can snap it closed so that it won’t fall off. One of the best purchases I made on Amazon.

I got this to try to get back/upper back/shoulder relief. Unlike a regular heating pad, this you don’t have to hold in place, because it has a snap to hold the sides together. You can easily adjust the heat and it has a timer too! Very satisfied with this product and how quickly I received it
