My partner and I love these question games and have played quite a few. This one is really quite good!
Suggestion: You really need to spend the time to talk out your answers and ask followup questions – don’t just fly through the cards with one word answers. We split these cards up over the course of several date nights so we really take the time to really them and get to know each other on a deeper level. We might also take a few in our pocket for long walks or drives as well, as fun conversation prompts.
We had a lot of fun with this one but we know each other well enough to know if its appropriate to “skip a card”. For example, we had a family member pass recently so we skip the questions that we think might trigger strong emotions related to that and will save those for another time. When I read some of these reviews before ordering it caused me to be a bit on the fence, but I think the negative comments are not really deserved.
We loved it and will definitely be ordering more to gift to friends! Great Valentines day gift idea!

I bought these for my wife on our anniversary. She’s into crap like that. She brought them on date night and we made a game of it during dinner. She got upset and quit when it got personal. I didn’t get laid that night.
I still think it’s a great way to get to know each other better. Buying the cards made her feel like I’m giving some effort. That’s always a plus.

Really like this product. Only 4 stars because they could use someone with a more critical eye for formatting and grammar edits (see images posted). Otherwise, lots of good questions to open up learning about one another.
IMO – the majority of negative reviews that I have seen feel that the questions were inappropriate/caused arguments in their relationship – to me, that just means you aren’t vulnerable enough in your relationship and that you either need to push past your insecurities and be open or find a new partner lol We are living in the 21st century, y’all need to be honest with one another and be okay with being imperfect – that’s how we move forward.
My partner and I really enjoyed these (8 years together), and learned a few new things about each other. For anything other than being new, it opened up conversation for reminiscing of funny/fun/sad/interesting stories that made us feel more connected. Just my perspective though. Take that as you will.
