This is the coolest toy in my boys toy box. It gets him hyped up really easy and that’s exactly what I needed during this pandemic time. Anything that keep him busy and focus is my ultimate goal since we can’t go out to the public during lockdown. He’s only 3 and I’m afraid if I get him a real keyboard, he will either break it or get bored really soon. I bought this for him and I’m glad I made a correct choice. He loves music and this mat can do a lot more than just a regular piano. First of all, the battery lasts long. It has cool features that keeps my boy entertain. When he gets bored playing by himself, we just turn on the demo mode where he can enjoy a full song which sounds really fun. This teaches him what a real song sounds like. Very important, it is nonslip non-woven fabric so it’s safe for kids. Introducing him to 8 different musical instruments help me understand which are his favorites so we can decide later on which classes he can take. It is portable and super lightweight. I like this idea and I think it’s genius. We can roll it up and put it away without taking much space.

This is cute! I bought it for both my kids, they’re six and one and they both enjoy it. It’s hard to find a toy that both a six year old a one year old can share. I like that it has a volume control. I didn’t see it at first but it’s on the mat itself. The reason I took off one star is because I wish it had grips on the bottom of the mat. It’s very slippery and the kids fell a couple of times before I got the idea to put it on a yoga mat. It would be fine on carpet but we have wood floors.
