I mostly got this so I could shave ice for my dogs. Which I have to say it worked perfectly. Its was simple and easy to use and clean. I was pleased with how the ice came out and will probably also end up using it for myself as well. It was actually smaller then I was expecting from the picture and this was a nice surprise as i have limited space on where to put it.

I purchased this thinking it was going to be a ok product but I actually was pretty impressed it’s small hand run and the best part portable you could take it literally anywhere just take a little ice chest and your set to the park camping literally anywhere I wish it was bigger and I wouldn’t mind paying for a full metal instead of plastic but we can’t have it all 🙂 I truly recommend this product for people with kids they enjoy making their shaved ice themselves rating’s I’d say are 8.5/10 just because like I said I would love a full metal one to last a lifetime.

The unit is easy to use. Great for making ice coffee. The ice is nice and fluffy and you get a lot for a short amount of effort. It comes with a silicone ice tray, so it’s easy to get the ice cubes out. 2 cubes are enough for one glass. Was a little worried by other reviewers who mentioned that their unit’s blades were scraping plastic into their ice, but my unit was fine. Comes apart easily and solidly made. Fun to use.

So I am pregnant and have been so addicted to eating crushed ice. I was literally putting ice in sandwich bags and smashing cubes with a meat mallet. Until I found this. This thing is nice and easy to use and gives a good amount of perfectly shaved ice. I stick 4 cubes in the top and it’s alot of ice. Consistency of snow basically. I love it and have been literally bringing it with me everywhere. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because it’s great but would be better if the top part could maybe screw on rather than just come right off. So if it falls over, the top comes right off. I wish it had a way to stay on so when you are on the go or knock it over the top will stay on still. Oh, and maybe if it also came with like a little foldable plastic spoon, but hey that might be going TOO far lol

I’ve had a manual shaved ice machine before that required freezing round mounds of ice and had a handle on top to turn. It was hard on the hand and arms. I then switched to an electric one, but with the softness of flavored ice, it spun too fast and melted it more than shaved it. The Manba shaved ice maker is the best shaved ice machine I’ve ever used! It’s perfect for flavored ice giving the perfect soft texture, shaves easily with the side handle, and shaves fast with the 3 blades. I even got bought extra blades right away because I plan to use this a lot!

This little ice machine is the BEST. Super easy to use. Place your ice in the top and you turn the handle. It goes pretty quick so it won’t tire you out. Make a much of as little as you like. This doesn’t hold or keep your ice. As soon as you shave it up you must put it in another container or use immediately. If frozen ice, juice, then put it through this shaver and enjoyed. Very easy to clean.

This is not an ice shaver or a sno cone machine — it’s more of a slicer. We have a snow cone machine that makes shaved ice and a Yananas machine that makes “ice cream” out of frozen fruit. This is neither. It literally makes thin slices, that’s all. By the time you finish fussing with it, the fruit isn’t all that frozen anymore either.
Still, it has its place in the kitchen. It’s easy to use — the slicer sits on top of the plastic “bowl” and the piece that pushes the fruit down slides nicely into a groove on top of that. It cranks easily and is fun to use. Sliced mango over vanilla ice cream is really good…. We’re keeping it.
