Hand knitted from Premium Acrylic yarn, which is soft and anti-pilling. Suitable for Winter, Autumn, and Spring.

The shipping time varies depending on the product, so please check the shipping time in the product list. If you need it by a specific date, please message me before ordering your product, and I can work out whether we can find a possible solution for fulfilling your order for you.

⚠ WASH INSTRUCTIONS

Hand wash on cold or dry clean is recommended. IF you want to wash it in the washing machine, put it in a delicate bag and choose the delicate wash cycle with cold water. Place it flat to dry.

☯ NOTES and CASE-SENSITIVITIES

◉ Case-sensitivity about name personalization: Please provide which letters to be capitalized and which ones to be lowercase, ie. Alice, alice or ALICE.

◉ Case-sensitivity about embroidery color: If you would like to get a chunky/thick embroidery option, you may choose one of the two thick yarns listed as 24 in knitting yarn colors. The Chunky White yarn is recommended for dark-colored sweaters, while the Chunky Mustard yarn is for light-colored sweaters. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any special requests or questions. The letter limitations of the thick yarn are mentioned below:

⇒Maximum of 4 letters can be embroidered for the sizes Pr-NB-3M-6M-9M.

⇒Maximum of 5 letters can be embroidered for the sizes 12M-18M-2T.

⇒Maximum of 6 letters can be embroidered for the sizes 3T-4T-5T.

◉ Case-sensitivity about location of the embroidery: If you do not specify the location of the embroidery, it will be performed on the front of the sweater.

◉ Please note that colors may slightly differ due to monitor settings, but you can be sure that you will get a stunning and colorful item!

◉ Since the sweaters and embroideries are hand-made and prepared uniquely on order, there may be few differences from the pictures. This situation guarantees your sweater to be unique and special.

◉ Shipping time and free shipping options vary based on the destination address. Please check your options during the checkout. You may upgrade your selection of delivery to priority mail, but it won’t “rush” your item’s production; it will only fasten your delivery time.

↺ RETURNS and EXCHANGES

Since every stage of this product is custom-made (color, size, name), I cannot accept exchanges or returns unless there is a manufacturer’s defect. In case of return or exchange caused by the manufacturer’s fault, the product must be unwashed and never worn.
