The product was delivered as indicated which was good. But the product received was damaged. The device had some cracks on it. For an expensive product like this I would expect that it comes to the buyer as brand new.

I was quite excited about this product but the one I received basically didnt hold a charge. Even though it was fully charged it kept turning itself off for no apparent reason and it wouldn’t come back on. Considering they are charging an arm and a leg for it you would think they would at least deliver a functioning product but you would be wrong. Returning immediately. Do not recommend.

I feel this is an item thats value will vary depending on the person. For me, the price tag of over $400 is ridiculous for what you get. I initially made the purchase out of a desperate search for relief of my hip discomfort. When the unit arrived, it was obvious that it was a well built unit, however at the end of the day it is a percussion massage gun like any other, although their app is nice. The relief it offered was only temporary and I found it awkward and heavy to hold. There just wasn’t any real standout to convince me that this was worth owning, especially at the price point. Obviously you may feel differently depending on your needs and expectations, but I struggle to see why a lower priced unit could not achieve most of what this promises to do.

I still will wrap a bit of vibration-absorbing yoga-mat type material on the grip part of the handle for shock absorption because I am a physical therpist and think of these things. It doesn’t have the flat round piece that the more expensive ones have, but this device is effective.

I bought this back in April of 2021 and is my first Theragun. I got it for two reasons, 1) for myself I use it regularly for muscle pain, stress tension in my neck or quick warming up before working out. 2) for sciatica nerve pain therapy for my mom. She use to pay almost every other week for a masseuse, but now I take care of that. She is amazed on how well it works for her.
The features that I like are the triangle handle, you and hold in many positions compared to other standard percussive massagers. I like that the travel distance is greater then pretty much all of the other devices. The different attachments are very useful. The main one I use most of the time is the default dampener ball. Once in a while I use the cone attachment for pain points on the palms of my hands. Recharging is not so bad and it’s run time lasts multiple uses.
If your looking for some pain relief this thing has some effective power.

Was super excited about my new Theragun however the front piece where the different heads attach cracked almost immediately upon first use.
This happened to my brother who ordered a few weeks ahead of me as well. Luckily Theragun’s support team is amazing and going to replace, however still a bit disappointing to have to go through the return process as I was so excited to use it

Just removed it from the box and I noticed a large crack in the front. Neither the shipping box or item box were damaged, so I can only assume this happened during assembly at the factory. This should have been flagged before it was shipped off!! Especially for such an expensive item. Very disappointing
